Low plate semi-trailer is usually used to transport heavy-duty trucks (such as tractor trailers, buses, special purpose vehicles, etc.), rail vehicles, mining machines, forestry machines, agricultural machines (such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, pavers, cranes, etc.) and other heavy-duty goods, the lower its center of gravity, the better the stability and safety, and the better the ability to transport ultra-high goods and pass overhead obstacles. Low plate semi-trailer cargo is also very wide, suitable for a variety of mechanical equipment, large objects, highway construction equipment, large tanks, power station equipment machine, a variety of steel transportation.
Structure and loading of low-flatbed semi-trailer
Low-floor semi-trailers usually use concave beam (or well) frame, both the front section of the frame for the gooseneck (gooseneck front section of the traction pins and tractor traction saddle connected to the rear end of the gooseneck with the semi-trailer frame), the middle section of the cargo platform (the lowest part of the frame), and the back end of the wheel frame (including wheels).
When loading mechanical equipment onto a low-floor semi-trailer, the mechanical equipment is usually loaded from the rear end of the semi-trailer, i.e., the mechanical equipment is moved from the top of the rear wheelbarrow or the wheels are removed, and then the mechanical equipment is fixed to the semi-trailer.

3、Adopting three-axis balanced type, two-axis balanced type or rigid suspension, there are mass balancing blocks between the front and rear steel plate springs, which can make the deflection of the front and rear steel plate springs change in equal amount, and equalize the force of the front and rear axles.
